Exceptional dealer! Great people. Really have to shout out Mechanic Jay. The guy is a class act. Not only does he do a great job in all his work, he is VERY responsive. Took my car in a few times, always tells me what's going on with the car, when he'll have it done, and delivers on his promises. He cares about his work, and his customers. You know that accomplished feeling you have when you complete a project? You can tell that's how he feels when he hands you the keys!

We bought a 21 Expedition Limited and we were on our way to Grand Rapids from Ohio, so we figured we would stop in to take a look since we were in the market. Very low pressure sales. Gave us the keys and said take what time you need on a test drive. We test drove two Expeditions and when we came back we had settled on the one we wanted to buy. Once the decision to buy was made and we settled on price it took about half an hour to get all the paperwork done and get on the road in our new SUV. We have now had the Expedition a month and put 2000 miles on it and everything works great on the car. We have had no issues and the car was everything as advertised. Whenever I am in the market for another vehicle I will be returning to brokers and sellers.

I was extremely satisfied with my purchase of a 21 Lincoln Nautilus. I communicated with them for over a month, while I shopped around with other options. Zein and his crew were fantastic to work with. He was open about some of the pro's and con's of his inventory, which he didn't have to do and I appreciated that. Very professional and honest. I had a 3 hr round trip to purchase the vehicle and I left with the car and a complete package of the documents within 1/2 hr.

From the start of searching to purchase and after purchase, these guys have been amazing. They truly are transparent. As soon as I walked in the door they let me know most vehicles are rebuilt titles. (I knew this when a family member referred this business to me.) Manny was wonderful with helping me find the right vehicle. He worked a longer day on a Friday, as I was deciding which vehicle and the paperwork. I had a check engine light come on and Zhain was fantastic in helping to get it fixed. The vehicle was under the warranty and there was zero issues in honoring that warranty. I did look at their site for a year prior to the time I purchased. Their vehicles don't stay long. If you see a vehicle you are interested in, jump on it. I'm extremely happy with my vehicle and the services from the staff here. I would recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed in the process, staff and vehicle.

If your looking for a vehicle at significant savings... clearly they have options for you. We bought a 2014 Honda Civic that was a true deal. you have got to go into it knowing your buying a vehicle that has been damaged and repaired... and your insurance company likely would not offer you full value on should you total it out again, but hey.... the savings can make it work the potential risk. Service from Ali and Zain was great. The vehicle was clean and ready for as we arrived and the process was painless.... the big question... would I buy from them again, YES.
